Our rental has an ok sized laundry room. It even has a sink, which I didn’t have in our last house. And I love having it more than I thought I would. There isn’t a whole lot of storage, though. So I corralled my jars of detergents, oxyclean, and my piggy bank I use for loose change found in pockets. Putting them all in this tray helps neaten it up visually. That it’s extra cute that way doesn’t hurt, either 😉.
With some help from my daughter, I made this clothes pin wreath by just clipping clothes pins on to a wire wreath form. Since we are renting temporarily while we build, I didn’t want to put a hole in the wall, so I just stuck one of these command hooks on the wall to hang it from. The wreath is in need of some hot glue to help hold some of the clothes pins in place, but that can wait until I’m unpacking it at the new house in a few months.
I considered staining the clothes pins, but didn’t have the patience to hand stain them. Maybe I could spray stain? Is that even a thing? I’m going to have to research this! I have to admit, I’ve been doing a lot of staining lately, so that could be potentially handy…
